All purchases made on our website are eligible for a refund only within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the services and submit a refund request within this 14-day period, your request will be processed and a refund issued without any questions asked. Refund requests submitted after this 14-day period will under no circumstances be accepted or processed.
For refund requests submitted within the 14-day period, the full payment, excluding tax and administration/processing fee of €57.60, will be refunded. Refund requests must be submitted using the same email address used at the time of purchase. Packages for You reserves the sole discretion to approve or deny any refund request. The company’s decision is final and binding.
Approved refunds will be transferred only to the IBAN bank account provided by the customer. Refunds may take 2 to 5 business days to appear in IBAN accounts. Refunds to non-IBAN accounts may take 60 to 120 working days, depending on international banking processing times. Packages for You shall not be liable for any delays or errors caused by third-party banks or financial institutions.
Refunds will be processed after verification of the request and confirmation that all conditions have been met. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on the customer’s bank statement. Customers will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
Packages for You reserves the right to refuse, delay, or partially process any refund if the request does not comply with these requirements, if the purchase does not meet eligibility criteria, or if any submitted information is inaccurate or incomplete.
After the 14-day refund period, all sales are considered final, and no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.

Packagesforyou.com shall not be responsible for any damages resulting from errors, omissions, delays, document mismatches, third-party decisions, account suspensions, platform rejections, technical failures, or actions taken by regulatory authorities, financial institutions, or e-commerce platforms such as Amazon.
In all cases, the total cumulative liability of Packagesforyou.com, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Documents
To create and activate a professional account, the applicant is required to submit accurate, valid, and complete documentation. The mandatory information includes the applicant’s full legal name exactly as stated on the presented identification document, a personal email address, a mobile phone number that has not been previously used on any Amazon platform, and the applicant’s complete residential address. The applicant must also provide a valid International Bank Account Number (IBAN) registered either in the applicant’s name or in the company’s name, together with the original bank statement in which the account holder’s name and address are clearly visible.
For identity verification, the applicant must submit government-issued identification consisting of an Aadhaar Card together with a Driving License, or alternatively a valid Passport. A recent bank statement and a utility bill showing the applicant’s full name and current residential address must also be submitted for address verification. All documents must be genuine, readable, current, unaltered, and submitted together in a complete set. The acceptability, clarity, validity, and sufficiency of any document shall be determined solely at the discretion of the company.
No part of the registration or account-creation process will commence until every required document has been fully submitted and approved by the company. It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to collect, prepare, and provide the required documentation. As the applicant has voluntarily purchased the service package, the absence, delay, rejection, or unavailability of any required document shall not constitute grounds for a refund, whether full or partial.
The company reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to pause, delay, or refuse the provision of services if any document is missing, unclear, expired, fraudulent, incomplete, altered, or otherwise fails to meet legal, regulatory, platform-specific, or internal verification requirements. Submitting forged or manipulated documents will result in immediate termination of services without any refund. The company shall not be liable for any delays, rejections, or consequences caused by the applicant's failure to provide accurate or acceptable documentation or for any decisions made by third-party authorities, including banks, government agencies, marketplaces, or verification platforms.
Delay or Disarmament or Cancellation of registration n the event of any Document Mismatch (DM)—including but not limited to incorrect, incomplete, outdated, unclear, or invalid documents; discrepancies in bank statements; mismatched IBAN details; address mismatches; or any information that does not correspond with the client’s legal identification—the client shall be fully and solely responsible for all delays, disruptions, rejections, or cancellations resulting from such discrepancies. The company bears no responsibility for any delay or failure in the process caused by mismatched or inaccurate documents submitted by the client.
On hold
In the event of more than two Document Mismatches (DM)—including but not limited to incorrect, incomplete, fraudulent, or invalid documents; mismatched bank details; or discrepancies in address information—the client’s registration and related services may be placed on hold for a period of up to 52 weeks. Any delays arising from such mismatches shall be the sole responsibility of the client, and the company shall bear no liability for interruptions, cancellations, or extended processing times resulting from the client's failure to provide accurate documentation.
All documents, materials, and files provided by the company to the client are copyright-protected and supplied strictly for personal and service-related use only. Any commercial use, sharing, reproduction, distribution, or disclosure of such materials is strictly prohibited. Any violation of copyright or privacy rules shall be the full and exclusive responsibility of the client.
In the event of any breach of privacy, misuse of documents, or violation of confidentiality obligations, the company reserves the absolute right to discontinue cooperation and terminate all services with immediate effect, without refund or compensation.
Rejection, suspension, document re-verification, or any request for an owner name change may require additional procedures, steps, and verification processes.
The client must provide all mandatory, accurate, and genuine documents. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that all documents submitted are correct, valid, and legally acceptable. The company shall not be held liable for any application rejection, delay, or failure caused by the client’s unverified, incorrect, or fraudulent documents or identity details. Regulatory bodies and platforms reserve the right to reject any application they cannot verify, and such rejection shall not be grounds for any refund or additional service claim.
If an account is suspended by Amazon under Section 3, such suspension is considered a final and non-reversible decision by Amazon. The client bears full responsibility for this outcome, and no additional services, appeals, or remedies shall be provided by the company for such suspensions.
If the client decides to change the owner of the company, this shall be treated as a request for a completely new account service, and additional charges will apply. After including training and administrative costs, the total fee for owner-name change services is €346,76 (excluding taxes). Upon initiation of the owner-name change process, the client’s existing account will be automatically suspended.
To reinstate a suspended account—except for suspensions issued under Section 3—an additional service fee of €110 (excluding taxes) will be required.
If the client fails the identity verification process, the company must follow Amazon’s guidelines to determine alternative verification options and complete any additional paperwork required by the platform. If a verification appointment is missed, failed, or requires rebooking, each new verification appointment shall incur a fee of €39.56 (excluding taxes).
Duration of Tech Support
Technical support (“Tech Support”) is provided for a period of two, four, or six months, depending on the package purchased. The Basic Package entitles the client to two months of Tech Support. The Full Package Starter provides two months of Tech Support. The Full Package Smart provides four months of Tech Support, and the Full Package Pro provides six months of Tech Support. The Tech Support period commences from the date of payment confirmation.
Scope of Tech Support
Tech Support includes technical assistance solely for the formation, setup, and maintenance of the client’s company and seller accounts. Tech Support expressly excludes support or advice concerning the client’s personal or private documentation. Tech Support may provide guidance if issues arise regarding documentation submitted by the client; for example, if the client is facing an address verification issue. Tech Support may advise on the types of documentation required; however, it is the sole responsibility of the client to provide accurate and complete documentation. Upon submission of the required documents by the client, Tech Support will assist in resolving the issue with relevant authorities, including company registries, seller centers, or wholesalers. The company shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, or outcomes resulting from the client’s documentation or decisions.
Termination of Tech Support
Tech Support shall terminate automatically upon the expiration of the support period corresponding to the purchased package. The company reserves the right to terminate Tech Support early if the client fails to provide required documentation, behaves unprofessionally, or does not cooperate in the resolution process. Tech Support will retain client information and documentation for a maximum of thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the support period or the last recorded client interaction. If the client does not respond within this period, the company reserves the right to delete all submitted documentation in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.
Confidentiality and Privacy
All communications, including usernames, passwords, and documentation, may be accessed by authorized personnel within the Tech Support or Training departments solely for the purpose of providing support. All information will be permanently deleted thirty (30) days after the conclusion of Tech Support. The client remains responsible for maintaining copies of all documents submitted. Any bonus, reward, or discretionary benefit provided by the company, including travel or monetary rewards, shall be contingent upon timely completion of tasks and compliance with company instructions, at the sole discretion of the company.
Additional Tech Support
Upon expiration of the initial Tech Support period, clients may purchase an additional Basic Package, which entitles the client to two months of further technical support, including account maintenance, training, or assistance with any technical matters. Such additional support shall be governed by the same terms and limitations as the original Tech Support.
Delivery
The account activation process takes 18-35 working days after you have submitted all correct documents. The final delivery of your purchase will be handed over to you in one document only after your account is activated. It will not be possible to provide any documents separately, including what is included in your packages for final delivery, such as company formation/registration documentation, usernames, or passwords for any unfinished registration process whatsoever.

Right to change and modify Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically.
